Structures
At Solaractiva we use a solar fixation system that combines innovation and speed.
We chose Solarfix structures to have the peace of mind of a safe and durable photovoltaic assembly, with top quality materials and ergonomic design, respectful with the environment. Complying with DIN EN ISO 14001, it is certified in accordance with the guidelines provided by the Institute for Construction and the Environment (IBU).
When quality and innovation come together we have an easy, fast, reliable and 100% safe system.
Benefits of the Fixation System:
- Wide range for all your photovoltaic applications on roofs
- Quick to assemble, light, complete and with innovative products
- Totally safe and efficient roof drilling thanks to a specific range for all types of materials: Arabic tiles, slate, corrugated sheet ...
- Waterproofing as an added value: if required, compatible products are applied and specially created for solar installations
- System by angle of inclination required It allows an installation for 10º, 13º, 15º, 25º, 30º and 35º
Types of systems
We have a range of solutions for modular construction in any type of roof.
Coplanar system
- Available in tile protector or double thread screw
- With bits to be able to drill any type of delicate cover.
- Offering simple and fast solutions
- The FIS H 18x130 / 200 sieve allows to save product and increase the weight load in the installation
- The wide range of profiles allows to offer more optimal solutions
System on flat roofs
- Solarwind II system, it is a very fast system to assemble using a previously calculated ballast
- Optimized ballast load mounting
- Angle system, allows installation for angles of 10º, 13º, 15º, 25º, 30º and 35º
- Versatile solution for multiple flat roof solutions
System on grecada sheet or sandwich panel
- Available with aluminum rivet and neoprene washer and with double threaded screw
- Different lengths and profiles available to ensure a more optimal installation
- Butyl tape allows us to waterproof and avoid galvanic torque
- It offers the possibility of using a coplanar or angled version
